As we’ve already explained, at Lincoln College of New England you’re never alone when it comes to applying for financial aid*. In this area, as in every other area of our college, our focus is on the student, so you won’t have to “go it alone” when it comes to figuring out the details. Our financial assistance staff will be your partners in the process and will personally guide you, every step of the way, so you’ll always feel well-informed, comfortable, and secure in the knowledge that you’ve made the right choice for your situation.
You will be put in contact with a financial assistance representative soon after initiating the application and enrollment process. Preliminary conversations will serve to help you begin to understand what you can expect and what information you will need. As you get further into the process, your representative will help you drill down on the precise mix of tuition options that best suits your circumstances and needs, including what Title IV funding you may be eligible to receive.
A major step in the financial aid application process is filling out and submitting your Free Application for Federal Student Aid or FAFSA, which is completed online. Your financial assistance representative will be glad to give you any help you need, even walking you through it, step by step. Your FAFSA will be used to determine your eligibility, which again will be explained to and discussed with you in detail.
Of course, in comparison to all the new courses and programs you’re planning to take, applying for financial aid may not seem the most like the most exciting thing you can do, but with the help and support of our caring, knowledgeable financial assistant representatives, we promise to make it as uncomplicated, understandable and beneficial a process as we can. We know you’re pursuing a dream…so let us help you build a secure foundation under it!
