GENERAL REGISTRAR INFORMATION

If you’re a Lincoln College of New England student and you have any questions regarding course selection, requesting transcripts or the requirements for graduation, please don’t hesitate to contact or visit the Office of the Registrar at any of our campus locations. While all members of the Lincoln faculty, along with the Department Chairs, are very involved in the course-planning process, you may find that the Registrar can serve as an especially helpful resource in this area.

HOW TO REQUEST A TRANSCRIPT

To request official copies of your Lincoln College of New England transcript, please note:

  1. Only written requests are accepted. No telephone or fax requests will be processed.
  2. The request should include the student’s name, approximate dates of attendance, and the address of the institution where the transcript will be sent. Official transcripts bearing the Lincoln College of New England seal will be mailed directly to other educational institutions or prospective employers.
  3. A small administrative fee of $10.00 is due at the time the written request is made. This fee may be paid by cash or money order.
  4. Transcript requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Students should check with the receiving institution to ensure the transcript was received.

HOW TO CHANGE MY PROGRAM

There is a form labeled “Student Change Form” that you will need to complete. All information needs to be complete for your request to be processed. Upon receiving the completed form, our records will be updated accordingly. If this change affects your course schedule, you will need to speak with your Academic Advisor. Changes will not be made at this Office.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR CLASSES

Students register for classes through their Academic Advisor. Your advisor will vary depending on your program of study. It is recommended that you email your advisor to schedule an appointment to speak with them. During traditional registration time, you will need to pick-up your packet from the Registrar’s Office before meeting with your advisor.

HOW TO REQUEST PROOF OF ENROLLMENT

There is a form labeled “Proof of Enrollment” that you will need to fill out and leave with the Registrar. The letter will be ready for you to pickup within 24 hours of the time that your request is received.

HOW TO ADD / DROP A CLASS

You will need to take an “Add/Drop Form” from the area outside of the Registrar’s Office. Then, you need to make an appointment with you Academic Advisor to discuss the add/drop. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that all required signatures are obtained and the form is filed with the Registrar by the deadline.
