Financial aid applicants with demonstrated financial need may be eligible for the Lincoln College of New England Grant. Awards may be renewed for a second academic year provided that the student makes timely progress toward a degree and maintains satisfactory academic and attendance records.
Federal Pell Grants are awarded to high-need undergraduate students. Eligibility will depend upon your Expected Family Contribution (EFC). Your EFC is calculated utilizing a formula established by Congress when your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is processed. Pell Grant eligibility is also determined by your enrollment status. The maximum a student may receive for the 2016-2017 academic year is $5,815.
A Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG) is for undergraduates with exceptional financial need (those students with the lowest Expected Family Contributions (EFCs)) and gives priority to students who receive Federal Pell Grants. Specific amounts are based on funding availability.
